Mr. Middleton graduated from Glassboro State College and is certified in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, including the Tax Division, and the New Jersey Society of CPAs.

Mr. Middleton's clients are involved primarily in the areas of real estate, manufacturing, and various service industries. He coordinates the firm's accounting, auditing, and quality control committees.

A resident of Voorhees Township, Mr. Middleton is a member of the board of directors and the finance committees for the Moorestown Visiting Nurse Association and the Mental Health Association in Southwestern New Jersey.
