A graduate of Villanova University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Mr. Vogt is certified in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the New Jersey Society of CPAs, and the Pennsylvania Society of CPAs. He has been a member of the firm since 1974.

Mr. Vogt is also licensed as a General Securities Representative - FINRA Series 7 and has passed the Uniform Combined State Law - FINRA Series 66 and may offer securities through 1st Global Capital Corp., Member FINRA/SIPC. He is also licensed to sell life and health insurance.*

In addition to being a partner, shareholder, and member of the firm's board of directors, Mr. Vogt is also the firm's administrator and director of Continuing Professional Education. He is director of the firm's retirement plan group providing accounting, auditing, and tax services in that area. In addition to providing general accounting and tax services to the firm's clients, his areas of specialization include construction and real estate development accounting services, as well as individual tax preparation and retirement planning advice.

Mr. Vogt attended the AICPA National Business Valuation School in August 2008.

Mr. Vogt serves on the board of directors and is chairman of the finance committee of the Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey. He is the chairman of the "Little Ten" group of regional accounting firms. He serves on the board of directors and is the treasurer of the ASPPA Benefits Council of Greater Philadelphia (ABCGP), a regional affiliate of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries. He is the chairman of the Cherry Hill Board of the Camden County Regional Chamber of Commerce. He previously served a four year term as a public member of the NJ Bar Association Fee Arbitration Committee, which hears disputes between attorneys and their clients, and on the board of trustees of the Visiting Nurse Association of Southern New Jersey for 20 years.

A native of Camden County, Mr. Vogt resides in Haddonfield.
