ALLOY, SILVERSTEIN, SHAPIRO, ADAMS, MULFORD, CICALESE, WILSON & CO. ANNOUNCES RECIPIENTS OF ALLOY, SILVERSTEIN, SHAPIRO, ADAMS, MULFORD, CICALESE, WILSON & CO./SALLIE MAE SCHOLARSHIPS AT RUTGERS UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF BUSINESS - CAMDEN

 

 

            Alloy, Silverstein, Shapiro, Adams, Mulford, Cicalese, Wilson & Co. (“Alloy Silverstein”), Cherry Hill, NJ, the 20th largest accounting firm with offices in the Philadelphia area, is pleased to announce the 2003 recipients of the Alloy, Silverstein, Shapiro, Adams, Mulford, Cicalese, Wilson & Co./Sallie Mae annual scholarships at Rutgers University School of Business - Camden.

 

            The recipients are:

 

            Kerri Dolan, a senior accounting major from Thorofare, NJ

            Jessica Caire, a junior accounting major from Waterford, NJ

            Emily Joo, a junior accounting major from Egg Harbor Twp., NJ

            Sally Burns, a junior accounting major from Cinnaminson, NJ

            Melissa Goepel, a junior accounting major from Mt. Ephraim, NJ

            Linda Zheng, a junior accounting major from Marlton, NJ   

 

 

            Alloy Silverstein funds annual scholarships which are available to full-time juniors and seniors based on academic merit and financial need.  These scholarships continue the long-standing relationship between the university and the firm, which employs many Rutgers graduates and undergraduate interns on its professional staff.

 

            Reynold P. Cicalese, CPA, managing partner at Alloy Silverstein, graduated from Rutgers-Camden in 1978 and is now president of the Rutgers University School of Business - Camden Alumni Association. 

 

            “Many of our interns who attend Rutgers-Camden continue their careers at the firm following graduation,” says Cicalese.   “We select most of our accounting interns from Rutgers, offer accounting scholarships to Rutgers students and attend many Rutgers functions.    We also take active roles on business school, alumni and business-related boards and committees and support Rutgers in conjunction with the Camden Riversharks and Campbell’s Field.”
