LOCAL CPA ELECTED TO COMMERCIAL PANEL OF AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION

Alloy, Silverstein, Shapiro, Adams, Mulford, Cicalese, Wilson & Co., Cherry Hill, NJ, the 16th largest accounting firm with offices in the Philadelphia area, is pleased to announce that Shareholder and Vice-President Reynold P. Cicalese, CPA/PFS, a Medford, NJ resident and 1980 graduate of Rutgers University-Camden, has been appointed to the Commercial Panel of the American Arbitration Association.

The Association selectively recruits arbitrators and mediators based on their level of expertise in certain fields. Cicalese was chosen based on his level of expertise in the healthcare accounting field. As a panelist, Cicalese will attend a mandatory training program and will then be available to be called to serve on cases requiring his particular background.

Since its creation in 1926, the American Arbitration Association has been in the public service of parties seeking alternative dispute resolution (ADR) outside the path of traditional litigation. Instead of deciding cases, the Association provides a forum for the hearing of disputes in three broad categories: insurance, commercial and labor. It is the world's oldest and largest ADR organization.
