Mr. Middleton graduated from Glassboro State College and is certified in the State of New Jersey. He is a member of the American Institute of CPA's, including the Tax Division, and the New Jersey Society of CPA's.

Mr. Middleton's clients are involved primarily in the areas of real estate, manufacturing and various service industries.

A resident of Voorhees Township, Mr. Middleton serves as treasurer for a local soccer organization and is a member of the board of directors and the finance committee for a local non-profit health care organization.
