Reynold P. Cicalese, CPA/PFS

A shareholder and officer of the firm, Mr. Cicalese received his bachelors degree from Rutgers University. He is certified in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (including the Tax, Information Technology and Personal Financial Planning Divisions), Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs, and the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Cicalese serves as director of financial services and has earned certification as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), a prestigious and exclusive distinction shared by only 4,200 CPAs nationwide. In this capacity, he is licensed as a General Securities Representative - NASD Series 7, General Securities Principal - NASD Series 24 and has passed the Uniform Combined State Law - NASD Series 66 and may offer securities through 1st Global Capital Corp, Member FINRA/SIPC. Mr. Cicalese is licensed to sell Life & Health Insurance.

In his capacity as shareholder, he has worked predominately with law firms, real estate, developers and operators, computer consulting businesses, health care professionals, manufacturing companies, and retail and wholesale organizations.

Mr. Cicalese is also a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs for which he served as an officer and director of the Southwest Chapter, and was appointed to several state committees including the Committee to Confer with Bench and Bar, the Committee for Cooperation with Bankers and other Credit Grantors. On the local level, he has chaired the Committee for Cooperation with Bankers and other Credit Grantors.He is currently on the roster of arbitrators of the Commercial Panel of the American Arbitration Association.

In addition to his financial and tax work with individuals and corporations, Mr. Cicalese has lectured before physicians at Allegheny University/Hahnemann Division, Cooper, Temple and Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals; students at Rutgers and Rider Universities and the American Society of Appraisers. He has made presentations for Rutgers University's Regional Small Business Development Center. Key topics included taxes, forensic accounting, business valuation, record keeping and practice management techniques with respect to medical practices. He has testified in legal proceedings in Salem County, New Jersey and qualified and served as reviewer and team captain in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' Quality Review Program. In prior years, he served on Covenant and Sun Bank's Advisory Boards, and on the Board of Directors of the Cherry Hill Regional Chamber of Commerce, Burlington County Special Olympics, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, the Cherry Hill Division of the American Heart Association and most recently on the Board of Trustees of Our Lady of Lourdes Associates Foundation. Currently, he is serving on the Dean's Executive Advisory Council of Rutgers University and as Trustee of Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County.

A South Jersey resident since 1960, Mr. Cicalese is active in various social organizations in the Delaware Valley and enjoys golf and softball.
