A graduate of Rider University with a B.A. in Accounting, Mr. Potter is certified in the State of New Jersey. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

A member of the firm since 1989, Mr. Potter serves on both the firm's Quality Control and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Committees. His accounting, auditing and tax experience is in a wide range of areas, including supermarkets, manufacturing and retail companies.

Mr. Potter is active in the Greater Cherry Hill Chamber of Commerce. He resides in Lumberton Township, NJ with his family and enjoys golfing and home construction projects.
