Elected to the Board of Directors of the ASPA Benefits Council of the Delaware Valley (ABCDV), a regional affiliate of
the American Society of Pension Actuaries. Dennis' responsibilities include the recruitment of new Associated
Professional members from the accounting community who are involved in the employee benefits field.

Mike Engleman, CPA
Lectured on the Tax Reform Act of 1997 and Year End Tax Planning Strategies to a group of physicians at Wills Eye
Hospital.

Rich Middleton, CPA and Mike Engleman, CPA
Hosted two local high school students in the Cherry Hill Chamber of Commerce Mentor Program. The mentor program
allows students a chance to interact with professionals to gain an appreciation of the knowledge and daily activities
involved in the performance of duties within the occupation they choose to pursue.

Awarded a Certificate of Educational Achievement in Employee Benefit Administration by the Pennsylvania Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and Surgent Associates in recognition of his successful completion of a comprehensive
program consisting of seminars and examinations.

Our employee of the quarter is Wendy Young, our receptionist and the first voice likely to greet you when you call.
Wendy, a native of Collingswood, currently resides in Mt. Laurel, NJ. She attended Camden County College and has
worked at the firm for six years. Wendy has been married for just over two years to her husband Michael, who works
for New England Motor Freight in Pennsauken. For relaxation and entertainment, Wendy enjoys bowling and making
hand-painted wood crafts. When Wendy and Michael want to get away from it all, they enjoy vacationing in Las Vegas
or Florida.
